Ethics and integrity are key values that shape an organization’s corporate culture and standards. These principles define the organization and guide the behavior, mindset, and decision-making of all employees, from high-level strategic choices to daily interactions with customers. In this course you will learn how our individual opinions on ethics form and the many ways to view ethical situations. The core of this course will focus on examining ethical situations. You will consider not only the choices that could be made in those situations, but also to explore beyond this, into the reasons for those choices, and the impacts of those choices.
