I’ve logged in, but when I try to take a course, it keeps asking me to log in again.
You need to accept cookies so the site can recognize you are logged in.
- Log out.
- Log in.
- Accept cookies by clicking on the banner at the bottom of the screen.
My username is not recognized.
The username and password combination are different from the OMIA member site.
- Use your username from the eLearning site.
- If you haven’t set up a separate account on the eLearning site, please contact the eLearning administrator at your company. If you don’t know who this person is, email the eLearning inbox at OMIA.

- Use your password from the eLearning site.
- If you’ve forgotten your password, go to the sign in page and click ‘forgot my password’. You will receive an email (it may go into your spam folder), with a password reset button.
All my courses are not showing on transcript.
Currently the transcript on the on-demand site only shows courses that were taken through the on-demand site. For information on all the courses you have taken through all formats, email the registrations inbox at OMIA.
